Our client came to us with a need for a quick change tooling system for a vertical rotary press. There just simply was no off the shelf solution. We designed a quick change tool system using standard MUD components to reduce their initial costs, as well as their long term maintenance costs.

Our client came to us with a need for a cost effective, quick change tool for a technically complex part that had to operate in a smaller molding machine. Our solution was simple, straight forward and elegant. It was based on a Master Unit Die Insert with two hydraulic cylinders for the slides.
